Personal Progress Materials ≠ Preach My Gospel
Last Sunday when I talked to President Decker about Personal Progress he said he would have to look into it and so we’d meet again this week.
So we did. He called me into his office after third hour. (Combined third hour on fifth Sunday is always awesome, not that I don’t love Relief Society.) We sat down and he pulled out the church leadership manual to start looking into it....

I talked to my branch president.
It’s a little bit more complicated for me because we don’t have a Young Women program, which I forgot to mention earlier. But he’s going to look into all the details and meet with me again next week so I can start. :D

QUESTION
I’ve heard rumors that you can complete Personal Progress even if you’re not a Young Woman anymore (especially if you’re a convert). That’s kind of not what the manual says though.
Is it something like you can do it but it won’t be official and you probably don’t get the medallion? Or has anyone here straight up done it as a YSA? Personal insight, anyone?
